The 4-x-x alch is the most cost efficient tower, along with super monkey, ninja and heli. The alch can make a majority of towers over 2x stronger, and the ninja 4-x-1 is great for early game, 3-0-2 super is great for mid and 2-0-5 heli for late game. (All with alch buffs of course).
