I’m hardwired in on my Rokus and apple tvs that I run fubo on and never have buffering issues. The fubo app is different on different platforms as well. The Roku fubo app still has the fast forward you are looking for where as my Apple TV has the newer version you are referencing. Strange, if anything it should be less freezing currently. Ive never had an issue with streaming on my end with fubo usually its been network errors on their side, or the Superbowl fiasco. I also recently noticed they upped the buffer time.
